Planting day at West Nab near Holmfirth with Zenith Vehicle Contracts

Representatives of Zenith joined Tree Appeal at West Nab Shooting Lodge to help plant 400 broadleaf trees.

“Zenith is a vehicle leasing and fleet management business and we're here today planting some trees with Tree Appeal at West Nab Shooting Lodge near Holmfirth. The reason we're doing that is because Zenith has a sustainability strategy called People Powered Impact. Underneath the planet focus area, we have a commitment to enhance biodiversity and days like today and organisations like Tree Appeal really help us to deliver on that commitment because they're really making a positive impact for biodiversity and habitat creation across the UK. We're just really happy and proud to be supporting that.”

The trees that were planted were all native British broadleaf species, grown in the UK and included Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Hazel and Willow. These new saplings will provide a perfect habitat for wildlife, promoting biodiversity and preserving the natural environment.

The Zenith team gained hands-on experience of how trees are planted and learned how important trees are to the world in which we live.
