At South Seas Trading Company Limited we are committed to making a positive contribution to this ever-changing world in which we live. To do this we will use as many recycled products as possible for advertising through to the delivery of your products. We will use recycled paper for all of our stationery and ensure that all of our products are made in the fairest possible ways.
In addition to this we will also plant at least one tree for every essential business trip which we make to offset our carbon emissions. Our long term objective is to use more reyccled timber and be more involved with re planting native trees in our ever decreasing rainforests.
South Seas Trading Company Limited is a family owned and managed hardwood furniture company.
The company was established through wanting to provide a different approach to online and mail order furniture sales. Our ethos is to provide the finest quality hardwood and bespoke furniture at the best possible prices whilst ensuring the best customer service.
We differ from other online furniture business in that we do not have extensive waiting times for products. We provide a high quality delivery service either provided by our own staff or a specialist furniture delivery company. We use two person delivery teams, delivering customers' furniture to the room of their choice, unpacking and providing basic or full assembly of items.
We also have a strong interest in the environment. Cutting down oak trees may not be the most environmentally friendly business, but we can not neglect that this will happen regardless of whether or not we buy them. After lots of discussion and research we have come to the conclusion that re-planting broad leaf trees is the best possible way for our company to move forward.
Through our travels we have seen lots of products and factories and we ensure that all of our products are manufactured in the fairest possible way.
We are also importing raw recycled timber to be used for bespoke products. This is an area of the business which we hope to expand.
